Free Cross Stitch Chart: Easter Sampler 2021

Hello there, i'm hoping you are all keeping well.  I've been busy this week reacquainting myself with the cross stitch design program on my laptop which hasn't been used for quite a while.  In the process of fiddling about and remembering what was where, this little sampler took shape and I thought you may enjoy it.   

It's perfect as a quick project for someone who is already comfortable with stitching, or for a beginner learning to cross stitch for the first time.  Each of the elements making up the sampler can be used on their own or combined in small groups to create a mini design perfect for a gift tag or for embellishing an egg cosy or napkin.  This project is ideal for using up scraps of fabric and left over embroidery cotton in your stash.

'Gerbera' Crochet Motif

Searching for the perfect flower arrangement to send to my in-laws in South Africa for Christmas, which preferably contained a Gerbera or two because they are my mother-in-law’s favourite, was the inspiration for this creation.  ‘Gerbera’ for Ineke.
