Crocheted Granny Stripe Blanket

By Karen Wiederhold
Nothing like a stripey granny crochet blanket to snuggle up with on a chilly evening.

I made this a few years ago to fit our king-size bed so as you can image it's large and heavy. It was especially so while it was piled up on my lap during sessions of hooking.

The yarn used is Stylecraft Special Double Knit yarn, crocheted with a 3.5mm hook.

I didn't write out a pattern as its a simple foundation row, followed by rows of granny stitches.

Disclosure:  Yarn purchased by me.  This is not a sponsored or subsidised pattern or blogpost.

Style craft DK yarn purchased by me from Wool Warehouse.
